- Examination Fee: Officer, Level 6: NPR 1,200/-; Senior Assistant/Sub-Engineer, Level 5: NPR 700/-; Office Assistant, Level 4: NPR 500/-; Assistant (Technical), Level 2: NPR 300/-. If applications are submitted in more than one group for the same post/level, an additional 50 percent fee must be paid for each group.

Age Limit ( as on application deadline):
- Candidates should have completed 21 years for officer level and 18 years for assistant level, and should not exceed 35 years.
- For women candidates, the upper age limit is 40 years.
- Age limit will not be applicable for permanent employees currently working in this organization.
