Position: Accounts Runner

Job Description
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and reliable Accounts Runner to support our Accounts Department with daily financial tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and be comfortable handling documents and making official errands.

Specification
- +2 (Management/Commerce) or Bachelor’s running in Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle outdoor/official errands efficiently.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Previous experience in a hotel or accounting environment will be an advantage.

Note: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect documents, bills, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Assist the Accounts Department with daily accounting-related tasks.
- Visit banks, suppliers, offices, and other locations for official work.
- Collect payments, receipts, and necessary documents as assigned.
- Maintain proper records of documents and transactions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and other departments when required.
- Handle company documents and financial information with confidentiality.
- Perform other accounting and office-related duties as assigned.
