Its objective is to facilitate capital formation and provide advisory services. Himalayan Investment Banker Ltd. (HIBL) is a subsidiary of Himalayan Life Insurance Limited. The company was established through the merger of three former life insurance companies: Prime Life Insurance Limited, Gurans Life Insurance Limited, and Union Life Insurance.

VACANCY NOTICE
Himalayan Investment Banker Limited (HIBL), a subsidiary of Himalayan Life Insurance Co. Ltd., invites applications from qualified and result-oriented Nepalese candidates for the following positions:

1. Position: Account Head -(1)
- Level: Senior officer to Assistant Manager

2. Scheme Manager (Mutual Fund) - 1
- Level: Junior Officer to Officer Level

3. Research analyst/Operation staff - 1
- Level: Management trainee

Candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields minimum 2 years of experience for senior roles. Experience in investment banking, mutual fund management, portfolio management, and capital markets will be preferred.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and regulatory understanding (SEBON/NRB) are essential.

Age Limit
Maximum 35 years for Head of Accounts & Scheme Manager, and 28 years for Research Analyst/Operations Staff (as of application deadline)
