Gandaki Province Training Academy has been established under Gandaki Province Training Academy Act, 2019 as an autonomous knowledge center of Gandaki Province aiming at changing behaviour and improving performance of elected representatives and the staff working in Provincial Government and Local Levels. It also aims at facilitating the implementation of the vision of Provincial Government and the Programmes of Local Levels; and improving the governance and institutional capacity of governmental/semi-governmental organizations and the Local Levels.

Age limit of the candidate:-
- Male: Should have completed 21 years of age as of 2081/10/29 and should not exceed 35 years of age
- Female or disabled candidates: Should have completed 21 years as of 2081/10/29  and should not exceed 40 years of age.

Application fee:
- For 9th level: Application fee Rs. 2,000/- and candidates applying for additional advertisements towards inclusive groups will have to pay an extra Rs. 500/- per group.
- For 7th level: Application fee Rs. 1200/- and candidates applying for additional advertisements and posts/letters towards inclusive groups will have to pay Rs. 100/- per group/post/letter. 400/- to be paid.
- For 5th Level: Application fee Rs. 700/- to be paid.
