Family Planning Association of Nepal, established in 1959 and a member association of International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), is the pioneer leading national Non-Government Organization working in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). It has presence in 28 districts of Nepal with contribution up to 25 percent in family planning and reproductive health services. FPAN is governed through its Constitution, and IPPF strategic policy guidelines and code of good governance. FPAN’s strategy, policy, plan and programme are approved by the Central Committee and endorsed by the Central Assembly.

FPAN is looking for a highly qualified, motivated, team player and result oriented person to serve as: Consultant for Resource Mobilization/FP-SRH. The consultant will manage and leverage strategic aspects of FPAN's profile with donors and critical stakeholders; to increase the resource base of FPAN; and to provide technical and specialized resource mobilization skills to increase the diversified funding for FPAN from all sources. The person should be at least Master's Degree in Public Health, Population Studies, Social Sciences or a related subject with suitable experience in public relations and marketing, firsthand experience in developing proposals for international donors and managing donor relations, excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
