VACANCY NOTICE
Citizens Capital Limited, a leading investment and merchant bank and a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Ltd., located at Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu working in the field of Investment Banking (Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management) & Merchant Banking (RTA/RTS services, DP, Issue Management, Underwriting etc.) seeks application from young, dynamic, competent and result oriented Nepalese Citizens in the following positions:

Job Position & Criteria:
Deputy Chief Executive Officer/ Manager Level Staff
- Required – 1
- MBA or Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/ Management or equivalent from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or possesses professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA. Candidate must have thorough understanding of Nepalese capital market, securities acts and regulations. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years (for DCEO position application) and minimum 1 year (for Manager level application) in Managerial level working experience in Merchant Banking/Banking/FI’s sectors with excellent interpersonal, leadership & managerial skills. The candidate should be capable of formulating & executing strategies to promote overall business of the organization and also explore new opportunities under corporate advisory services, private equity & venture capital. Age should not exceed 45 years.

Selection Procedure: Written test/Group discussion/Presentation/Interview as required.
