Position: Officer Level
- Location: Head Office, Maitidevi, Kahtmandu
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects.
- Ensure the security, availability, and reliability of IT systems and data.
- Oversee insurance core systems, databases, networks, and cloud services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Experience in the insurance (Insurance domain), banking or financial services sector is preffered.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
