> Salary: 35,000-45,000 /Month
> Education: Master Level
> Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR

Job Requirement:
1. Develop and implement HR Strategies and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
3. Address concerns and handle grievances of an employee in a professional manner and in line with the 4. company’s established HR policies, Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
5.Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
