Shangri-La Hotel and Resort, Nepal invites application from interested Candidates for the following positions based in Kathmandu.

1. Position: Executive Chef
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor degree / Hotel Management

Experience:
> Hands on experience of at least 15 years in similar position from any five star hotel
> Should be capable of managing and organizing food and beverage production department
> Should be a team leader and be capable of managing and training the junior staff
> Should be able to plan and promote the menus for different restaurant and events
> Must have sound knowledge of HACCAP system
> Should be Willing to work under pressure

2. Position: F and B Manager
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor degree / Hotel Management

Experience:
> Hands on experience of at least 15 years in similar position from any five star hotel
> Must have profound experience in menu plan
> Adhere to food, health and safety standards
> Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
> Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
> Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
> Should be Willing to work under pressure
