United Nations Children’s Fund Leading children’s rights Organization is seeking to fill in the post their resonal Office at Kathmandu.

Post: DRIVER
Key Responsibility:
> Derive Office Vehicle for the transport of Authorized UN personnel delivery and collection of Tails, documents and Other items
> Reasonable for the day to day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, check all water, battery, bakes, tires etc.. perform minor repairs
> Ensure vehicle is kept clean all the time
> Ensure all safety regulation, security operation procedure and standard HF & HVF communication procedure are followed: Ensure all required documentation is present in the vehicle at all time. Ensure the Steps required by rules and regulations are taken in case of Investment in an accident involving the vehicle and or all passenger.
> Logs Official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, of change ,greasing etc.
> Assist in photo-copying and production of all UNICEF printed, materials, assembly, stapling and balding, etc. as required.
> Assist the  Business Support Center (BSC) in submitting. retrieving  and following up of document related to visas, driving license, vehicle registration, VIP lounge pass, clearance of document from ministers, bank services
> Assist the  Business Support Center (BSC) with the packing and distribution of material, stationery, regular pouch and sorting official document as required , keep record of work done in proper manner assist in preparation and workhops/meetings.

Minimum requirements:
> Secondary Education  with a valid driver license and knowledge at local driving rules and regulations.
> Two years of work experience  as a driver in an intentional organization embassy or UN system with a safe driving record.
> Fluency of the local language at the duly station as well as preferency in english.
