Educational Qualification:
> Bachelor’s degree preferably in hospitality/ tourism/ management.

Job Specifications:
> Atleast 3 years experience on Executive position
> Must be able to manage inventory, control stock and document minor details
> Fluent in Microsoft Office and English
> Knowledge of foreign language/s will be an advantage.

Job Description:
> Supervise floor staff in all aspects of restaurant operations, ambience and service.
> Responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant.
> Ensure that orders are accurately prepared and delivered timely and checks are handled efficiently.
> Responsible for looks, hygiene and sanitation of the entire service area.
> Need to ensure that customer satisfaction is enhanced with every visit.
> Key responsibility areas include team performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls and development, training and retention of key associates.
> Must have technical knowhow relating staff training and briefing regarding service for special functions.
> Interacting with the customers and working with the owners to see how the restaurant could make improvements or be more popular.
