Summit Hotel (P) Ltd. is seeking for qualified, dynamic, pleasant personality and experienced Nepali national for the following positions:

Director-Sales & Marketing
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 4-5 years working experience in Sales & Marketing department as a Director/ Manager in any reputed star hotel. The incumbent should have strong negotiation skill, ability to conduct presentation and speak in large group. He/She should have analytical skill to be able to review market trend & conduct periodic SWOT.

Executive Chef
Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in Hotel Management with 6-7 years working experience as a Executive Chef in any reputed star hotels.

The incumbent should have sound knowledge of all kitchen operations. He/she should have strong ability to determine raw materials and ordered inventory accordingly. Can maintain high level of customer service under high stress without compromising food quality, suggest in menu design and gather information to determine food cost.


Executive-Sales
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 2 years working experience in sales & Marketing Department in any reputed star hotel. The incumbent should have thorough knowledge in market trend, negotiation skill, report writing & computer operation. Knowledge of customer care and sales promotion will be added benefit.


Executive-HR & Admin
Minimum Bachelor Degree in commerce or Public Administration or Law with 4-5 years working experience in HR & Administration Department as a Executive-HR & Administration in any reputed 3-4 star hotel. The incumbent should have thorough knowledge in Manpower planning, selection and appointment procedure, wage administration, level & attendance system. He/she should have sound knowledge in Labour Act, Labour Rules and Social security rules and regulations. Knowledge of Liaison work in government offices and public enterprises will be an added qualification.
