Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), formed in accordance with the Nepal Tourism Board Act 2053 BS seeks applications from qualified candidates for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The term of a contract of this position shall be for four years from the date of appointment. Interested candidates can apply within 21(Twenty-one) days along with all documents from the date of publication of this notice.

Eligibility:
> Nepali citizen
> At least a Master's Degree from recognized universities in any discipline with a minimum of ten years of work experience in the tourism sector
> Age: must be at least 35 years and must not exceed 60 years on the last date of submission of application
> Not convicted on the criminal offense of moral turpitude
> Does not possess the permanent resident status of any kind in any foreign country

Other Qualifications, Skills, Experiences, and Conditions:
> Proficiency in both English and Nepali language; knowledge of other languages shall be an advantage
> Having good leadership quality, high morale, good public relations and interpersonal skills with sound knowledge of management; work experience of executive and managerial position and related training
> Business Plan not exceeding five thousand words
> Only short-listed candidates shall be called for presentation and interview. The presentation will be based on the already submitted business plan
> Selection of the candidate shall be based on prescribed special qualifications, business plan, presentation and interview

Documents to be submitted:
> Attested copy of Nepali citizenship
> Attested copies of academic qualification and experience credentials in the tourism sector
> Attested credentials of experience in executive and/or managerial post, accolade and honors, a major accomplishment in any institution
> Copies or proofs of any published scholarly books and/or articles on tourism
> Copies of certificates of tourism-related training, if any
> Four years' business plan not exceeding five thousand words

Application Fees:
Bank receipt of NRs. 5,000.00 (Five Thousand only) deposited at Account No. 00101010030218 in Nepal Investment Bank Limited in favor of the Nepal Tourism Board should be submitted along with the application.

The selected candidates must resign from the post before taking an appointment, if she/he is affiliated to any organization.
