Sales and Marketing Executive
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Lake View Resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event organizers, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with a passion for hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate and travel agency sales to maximize room bookings and revenue.
- Develop a clear understanding of the hotel's business objectives and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and execute sales and marketing plans, reviewing and updating action plans and financial objectives on a quarterly basis.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients to expand the hotel's customer base.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and arrange hotel site inspections and familiarization (FAM) trips for travel agencies, tour operators, and trekking companies.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
- Maintain agency accounts and ledgers, follow up on outstanding payments, collect cheques, and coordinate bank deposits in accordance with company procedures.

Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales, corporate sales, travel trade, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online travel agencies (OTAs), and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Nepali.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, sales visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
