Job Description:
> Issue and re-issue revalidation air ticket using Abacus, Galileo & Amadeus reservation systems, preferably Abacus/Sabre.
> Handling the Inquiries related to Domestic and International Air Ticketing.
> Carry out all follow up procedures pertaining to customer travel, i.e reconfirmation, rescheduling and reissuing of air tickets.
> Maximize sales and revenues by converting the inquiries related to domestic and international air tickets
> Handling the BSP and GDS reporting with cancellation, refund, reschedule and reissue of Air Tickets.

Outbound Tour Manager

Job Description:
> Handle tour inquiries and identify potential customer.
> Provide tour quotation to customer.
> Arrange travel ticket, hotel and other required products for outbound clients.
> Sending the itineraries and tour details to customers.
> Preparing documents for visa.
> Briefing about tour destinations and products.
> Promoting and selling trips/Tours.
> Guiding to special interest tour such as, restaurant, shopping mall, religiousand historic places
> Follow-up after the tour in required cases.
> Giving suggestions, solving problems, and handling emergencies like :passport or money lost, illness, or difficulties in accommodation.
