ICFC Finance Limited, a leading Financial Institution is looking for dynamic result-oriented individuals with a passion to pursue a career in banking for its Head Office & Branches. Individuals who love to work in Target based environment and meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply for the following job position.

Branch Manager (For Bagmati, Gandaki, and Koshi)
> Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent from a recognized university.
> Age: Not Exceeding 40 Years
> Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Bank & Financial Institutions licensed by NRB.

Human Resource-Officer
> Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, preferably with HR Specialization or equivalent from a recognized university.
> Age: Not Exceeding 40 Years
> Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Department.

Assistant Level (For Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Koshi)
> Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent from a recognized university.
> Age: Not Exceeding 30 Years
> Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bank & Financial Institutions licensed by NRB.

For female candidates, the age bar will be 5 years plus on the above mentioned age bar.
