Human Rights Awareness Center (HURAC) Rolpa a well-established non-govemmental organization working in the field of human rights, child rights, education, health, governance and social mobllization in Rolpa district.
HURAC has been implementing Basic Education program in 15 VDCs of Rolpa district in partnership with Save the Children International. The goal of the project is "deprived children in targeted VDCs attend good quality inclusive basic education and demonstrate learning outcomes".

Educational Qualification:
> Master degree in Education or social science and having 2 years experience in project management and implementation or Bachelor’s Degree in Education/ Social Science with 5 years of experience social science.

Job Specifications:
> Sound knowledge on Education and Child Rights Policies.
> Knowledge and skill on Project Management
> Report and proposal and case studies writing skill.
> Presentation, facilitation and negotiation.
> Very good skills and knowledge in documentation and reporting in English and Nepali.
> Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
> Stress management skills.
> Time management andcommunication skills.
> Excellent coordination, communication and interpersonal skills (team building and team work) with key stakeholders at project and district level
