Vacancy Announcement

The Annapurna Group of Hotels invites applications for the following vacant positions:

1. Position: Associate Director- Sales & Marketing/Director-Sales
Education: Completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Sales & Marketing.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar role, preferable in a reputed five-star hotel

Job Requirement: Candidates is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of sale, marketing and product development programmes targeted towards existing and new markets. He/ She is required to work.

Closely with and assist the director of sales & Marketing in daily activities. Strong leadership and effective team working skills are essential.

2. Position: Security Manger
Education: Completion of Bachelors’ degree in any field, candidates with Master’s degree will be preferred.

Experience: Should have served in the Police/Armed Police or Army for at least 10 years at officer level as well as have the practical experience in organizing and managing security service of large scale organizations.

Job Requirement: Candidates must have good planning and coordination skill along with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Candidates should have sufficient knowledge of legislation and regulatory acts of Nepal Law.

3. Position: Human Resources Specialist
Education: Completion of Bachelors’ in Law (BA.LLB), candidates with a Masters degree will be preferred

Experience: Minimum five years of working experience in the HR Department preferable in a hotel

Job Requirement: Candidates is responsible for the day – to – day tasks of the HR that includes correspondence, documentation and in depth knowledge of hotel related HR and labor matters.

4. Position: Room Division Manager
Education: Completion of Bachelors’ in Hotel Management, candidates with Master’s degree will be preferred.

Experience: Preferred will be given to candidates who have previous experience working in five star hotel for Minimum 10 years

Job Requirement: Candidates must assist in managing the execution of all operations in the Room Area Department and be able to manage staff. He/ She must be a fluent English speaker; well-groomed with a pleasant personality and be able to handle guest tactfully
