Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Senior Financial Management Officer is assigned to the Financial Management Division (PFFM) within the Procurement, Portfolio and Financial Management Department (PPFD). You will be based at our Nepal Resident Mission (NRM) Office in Kathmandu, Nepal.

You will report to Director, PFFM or a designated international staff and matrixed to Country Director, NRM. You will oversee junior team members.

Your Role
As a Senior Financial Management Officer, you will provide operational services in conducting financial management tasks for projects during all stages of the operational cycle, including processing, implementation, and completion. Additionally, you will support country, sector, and agency financial management assessments, and FM systems and capacity development strengthening programs. Furthermore, you will coordinate the delivery of knowledge sharing and capacity building support. Though the position is based in Nepal, you can be assigned to work on tasks in other developing member countries of ADB.
