1. Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

Major Responsibilities & Duties:
> Planning, executing, directing, and completing statutory audit, internal audit, Tax audit and due diligence audit.
> Thorough understanding of NASs’, NSAs’, Local Corporate & Tax Laws and common audit procedures and techniques.
> Proactively interact with key client’s management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements.
> Perform other job related duties as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience
> Having completed Chartered Accountancy from ICAN/ICAI/ACCA UK.
> Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
> Experienced at working independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.

2. Position: Supervisor/Sr. Audit Officer
Number of vacancies-5

Major Responsibilities & Duties:
> Lead client audit engagements.
> A good understanding of NASs’, NSAs’, Local Corporate & Tax Laws and common audit procedures and techniques.
> Perform other job related duties as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience
> Having completed at least CAP II or Equivalent Level from ICAN/ICAI.
> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.
> Have worked at least last 3 years preceding application with an audit firm in Nepal/India.

3. Position: Management Trainees
Number of vacancies-5

Qualification
> Completed MBA/ MBS from recognized university with First Division or above.
> Having good knowledge of Income Tax Act, VAT, Excise, Companies Act & other relevant laws.
> Excellent interpersonal and co-ordination skill.
> Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Position: Article Trainee

Qualifications  
> Having completed CAP II/IPCC Level from Institute of chartered accountants of Nepal/India.
> Should be computer literate, self-driven and work with minimum supervision.

5. Position: Trainee Associates

Qualifications
> Having completed BBS/BBA from recognized university with at least Second Division.
> Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
> Should be computer literate, self-driven and work with minimum supervision.
