The Tribhuvan University Service Commission today made vacancy announcement for permanent teachers of various 75 subjects.

 

Issuing a notice here today, TU Service Commission announced vacancies for permanent teachers of various subjects such as Political Science, Rural Development, Nepali Education, History, Geography, English Education, Primary Education, Curriculum and Evaluation, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.

It said that the vacant posts will be filled through open competition.

According to the notice, TU Service Commission has made vacancy announcement for 62 management teachers, 32 chemistry teachers, 30 Nepali teachers, 30 physics teachers, 25 English teachers, 20 mathematics teachers and a few teachers of other subjects.

Any eligible Nepali citizen can collect the application form from the TU Service Commission from September 18 to November 26 for Rs 100.

Similarly, TU Service Commission has announced vacancies for 50 associate professors of 24 subjects for the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science. It has also announced internal competition among 25 teachers at IoAAS and 14 teachers at the Institute of Medicine for permanent posts.

Earlier, the newly elected VC of TU, Prof Dr Tirtha Khaniya, had vowed to give priority to teacher-management and to appropriately address the issue of teachers and professors.
