VACANCY NOTICE
A reputed Investment Management Company in Private Equity and Venture Capital sector, seeks applications from highly motivated, dynamic, and result oriented Nepalese citizens having proven track record and/or keen interest in private equity investment for the following positions:

Investment Officer/Manager
> Minimum Experience: 3 Years
> Preferred Qualification: CA/ACCA/CFA/MBA (Specialized in Finance)/ Masters in Finance or Economics
> Requirement/Experience – In-depth experience of Investment Analysis and Management, good knowledge of Private Equity Investments and its rules and regulations in Nepalese context, strong financial analysis skills, confident in dealing with investee Companies, able to make presentation to prospective fund Investors, courteous and presentable. Should have good knowledge of Securities Laws of Nepal and should be able to maintain good relationship with regulators. Should be confident in pitching and approaching for new businesses. Should be creative in delivering investment solutions and should have ideas to develop new investment banking products. Must have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of merchant banking services.

Accounts and Business Administration Officer/Manager
> Minimum Experience: 3 Years
> Minimum Qualification: CA/ACCA/CFA/Master Degree in Business and Finance
> Requirement/Experience – Experience with Accounting and Finance (Prepare Financial Accounts, Budgets etc.), able to work with accounting software, knowledge of Corporate Laws, Tax Regulations etc. Should be able to oversee/manage human resource and procurement. Must have good communication skills.
