Seva is a global non-profit eye care organization that transform lives and strengthens communities by restoring sight and preventing blindness. Seva has been working in Nepal since 1998 in partnership with the Government of Nepal.

We are looking for two highly motivated and experienced candidates who can manage the growth and lead the Programs and Administration in Nepal. Candidates who have proven track records on following responsibilities may apply:

1. Position: Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator will be expected to:
> Enhance program coordination and implementation/operation
> Ensure quality assurance initiative for entire program
> Strong program coordination and advocacy
> Establish effective M&E and Reporting system

Successful candidate must have:
> Bachelor’s or advanced degree in public health/management or economics/community ophthalmology/development management
> 2+ years of work experience in program management and implementation
> Experience in program implementation, government liaison, capacity building, partnership management, people and Fund management

2. Position: Program Administrator
The Program Administrator will be expected to:
> Liaison and logistical support for program
> Strong communications with stakeholder
> M&E and Reporting at all level
> IT support and data management

Successful candidate must have:
> Bachelor’s degree in public health/management or economics/development management
> 2+ years of work experience in communications and administrative support.
> Experience in IT support, data management and reporting.
