VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited, a leading National Level Development Bank, managed by a highly professional and experienced team in the banking sector, invites applications from highly competent, energetic, and self-motivated Nepalese citizens for the positions as detailed below.

1. Branch Managers (Few)
- Managerial Level: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in Branches of Kathmandu Valley in Bagmati Province
- Officer Level : Jr. Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer (Koshi, Madhesh, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces)

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College
- Minimum 6 Years of total banking experience in both branch operation and credit function
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the capacity of Branch Managers in BFIs

Other General Requirements for all above positions:
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
- Age: Not exceeding 40 years for Officer Level and 50 years for Manager Level
- The corporate position will be offered as per job experience and qualification as deserved

2. Head-Information Technology Department (1)
- Position: Sr. Officer
- Location: Head Office, Kathmandu.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized University
- Master's degree in IT or a related field will be given a preference
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Banks and Financial Institutions
- A proven track record of managing core banking systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity

3. Head-Credit Administration Department (1)
- Position : Deputy Manager

Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration or Economics, from reputed University
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Banks and Financial Institutions
- A proven track record of managing core banking systems, credit operation and documentation, credit risk & portfolio monitoring, and credit compliance & regulatory adherence

Other General Requirements for all above positions :
