Tribhuvan University (TU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has published notice for students who have completed all academic requirements but have not yet received their transcripts.

This applies to students who faced transcript delays due to partial exam form submissions in earlier sessions.

Eligible students must submit their original mark sheets, admission receipts, and a recommendation letter from their campus to the Transcript Section at the TU Exam Office, Balkhu, along with the prescribed fee, within 15 days of this notice.


The following requirements must be fulfilled by students:
- Should have enrolled in a constituent or affiliated campus under TU and completed all academic and examination requirements.
- Should have pass all subjects and exams for all sessions.
- Student who are unable to receive transcripts due to partial exam form submissions earlier.


Documents Required:
- Original mark sheets for all academic levels.
-  Admission receipt for the relevant year and level.
- Recommendation letter from the respective campus.

Submission Deadline: Apply within 15 days of this notice's publication.

Submission Location: Submit the application form and required documents to the Transcript Section of the TU Exam Office, Balkhu.
