Tribhuvan University's Examination Controller's Office, has published notice for the information to all stakeholders regarding obtaining Transcript via online application system of varous programs.

 As per notice, application of transcript namely four-year undergraduate programs, namely B.A., B.Ed., B.Sc. and B.B.Sof cannot be made physically from 1 Shravan 2083 onwards thus students are requested to apply only through the Online System.

Step-by-Step procedure to obtain the transcript:

Step 1: Visit the website: www.exam.tu.edu.np .
Step 2: Click on the Student Portal Menu there or go directly to https://student.exam.tu.edu.np/login .
Step 3: Click on other services among the services that appear.
Step 4: If you are a new user, click on Please sign up here and fill in the required details.
Step 5: Fill in the requested details correctly and completely (as per the TU Registration Card) in all the fields shown. If the details are filled incorrectly, the User ID will not be created, so take special care.
Step 6: After completing the Sign UP, use your Email Address as the User ID and set a Password and Login.
Step 7: Log in to the Student Portal only after changing the Password when logging in for the first time.
Step 8: Click on the Transcript Position Menu under the Student Menu that appears after login.
Step 9: Fill in all the details related to the transcript (including program, symbol number, year, semester and section) correctly.
Step 10: Verify the details and pay the prescribed fee through the Online Payment system.
Step 11: After completing the payment, print the Application Form and keep it safe in case of need.
