Tribhuvan University (TU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, has published an urgent notice requiring all students to use its official digital portal for academic services.

As per notice, students are requested to fill out the following online services operated by the Tribhuvan University (TU) Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, for transcripts, registration, and other essential services via the Student Web Portal: https://student.exam.tu.edu.np/ .

1. Services: Student Registration
- REMARKS : First campus should create student ID.

2. Services: Transcript/Provisional
- REMARKS : Must upload all marksheets and registration card in pdf format.

3. Services: Retotaling
- REMARKS : Must submit within 15 days of result publication.

4. Services: Exam Form
- REMARKS : From 2023 Registration and onwards.

5. Services: Convocation
- REMARKS :Log in from Convocation services.

Advantages for students who manually complete online forms:
- Filling out forms doesn't need standing in line; it can be done from anywhere.
- Information like name, address, and date of birth won't be inaccurate if the registration is completed by personally.
- The same user ID can be used for exam forms, retotaling, transcripts/provisional certificates, convocation, and other services if students complete their own registration entry.
- The likelihood of choosing the incorrect subjects is decreased by manually completing exam or retotaling forms.
- Transcript and provisional certificate applications can be submitted together.
