Tribhuvan University (TU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has published notice regarding submission of form for the 4 Years Bachelor’s 4th Year (4 Years B.Sc. B.B.S, B.A. & B.Ed.) Supplementary Exam (2081) under the annual examination system.

Eligibility Criteria
Students in the Humanities, Management, Education, and Science and Technology faculties can apply if they fulfill the requirements listed below:
- Should have participated in the regular examination of 4th Year 2081.
- By 2082/06/25, students should have passed all first-, second-, and third-year courses (including practical courses.
- Students who failed to pass no more than two subjects (including absentees) in the regular 4th Year exam  2081 .

Key Details:
- Submission Deadline: Eligible students must apply through their respective campuses from 26 Asoj to 14 Kartik 2082.
- Submission Location: Submit the exam form to your respective campus.
