TU Convocation Gown/Scarf/Cap distribution Notice
Tribhuvan University has published notice regarding Convocation Gown/Scarf/Cap distribution.The 46th Convocation of Tribhuvan University is going to be held on Poush 6, 2076 at the Exam Controller Office. Participants students are requested to collect their respective Convocation Gown/Scarf/Cap.

Details about the distribution of Convocation Gown/Scarf/Cap:
> Distribution date: From Mangsir 29 to Poush 5, 2077 (Convocation Gown/Scarf/Cap are distributed in holidays also.)
> Time: 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM
> Venue: Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu

Details about the submission of Convocation Gown/Scarf/Cap:
> Submission date: Poush 7, 2077 to Poush 15, 2077 (except holidays)
> Time: 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM

List of Students who will be awarded in 46th Convocation of Tribhuvan University
Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examination has published the list of students who will get different awards in upcoming 46th Convocation of Tribhuvan University.

Tribhuvan University, Office of the controller of Examination, Balkhu, Kathmandu has published form fill up notice to participate in  46th Convocation ceremony.

Students who have passed and have also received their academic transcript in the following mentioned dates are requested to fill the application form online and are eligible to apply for the 46th Convocation Ceremony of Tribhuvan University.

Eligibility
According to TU's 45th grace list, students who have passed their semester/ yearly exams of Bachelor, or Masters or M.Phil or PhD and also got the transcript in between June 15, 2019 to June 14, 2020 (Ashadh 1, 2076 to Jestha 32, 2077) are eligible to apply.

As per convocation notice, application form of other candidates who do not fulfill above mentioned criteria wont be accepted.

FEE DESCRIPTION
If student wants to take their Guardian (Maximum Number: 2) in the Convocation Program, then they have to pay Non-Refundable Charge of NPR 300 Rupees per each Guardian.

Fee Description as follows:
> Level:Bachelor level
Convocation Fee:2,200 , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 3,700

> Level:Masters and M.Phil
Convocation Fee:2700 , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 4200

> Level:PhD
Convocation Fee: 3200 , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 4700

Students are requested to fill and submit the Online Application. Online form will be available from 17 October 2020 to 16 November 2020 .

Requirements to submit form
> MRP Photo,Nationality/Passport, Transcript in digital format
> Name in preeti font
> Email and mobile number
> Bank deposit transaction number
