National Examination Board, Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published the results of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082 for Grade 10. As per NEB, 65.98% students have been graded.

According to the results under regular category, Seven students got 1.60 to 2 GPA. Similarly, 5190 students got GPA 2 to 2.40, 55977 students got GPA 2.40 to 2.80, 94222 students got GPA 2.80 to 3.20 and 80,372 students got GPA 3.20 to 3.60. Likewise, 48,392 students scored from 3.60 to 4 , the NEB stated. 146,507 students were classified as non-graded (NG).

A total of 65.98 per cent of students secured grades and qualified for further studies, marking a rise from last year’s 61.81 percent.

This year, SEE answer sheets were evaluated within designated centres in line with the new examination modality aimed at publishing results within one month.
512,421 students from 1,966 exam centers including one in Japan attended the SEE 2082. Over 5,00,000 students from 11,379 secondary-level schools took part in this year's SEE exam, which took place from Chaitra 19 to 29, 2082.
SEE Letter Grading Directives 2083

Grading System
The exam results has been released using the letter grading method in accordance with the Letter Grading Directive 2078 (with the third modification). Students must receive at least 35% in both the internal and theoretical examinations in order to receive the minimal grade. A minimum of 27 marks are needed for subjects that have 75 full marks in theory. A minimum of 10 marks are needed for subjects that received 25 full marks on the internal evaluation.
Eligibility for Supplementary (Grade Improvement) Examination
In the case of Secondary Education Examination (SEE) Class 10, students who are absent from the SEE annual examination or have obtained NG in any subject will be allowed to appear in the grade-increment (chance) examination in all the relevant subjects. This arrangement applies only to students participating in the Grade 10 annual examination for the first time.
Rechecking and Revaluation of Answer Sheet
Students who are dissatisfied with their published results can request that their answer sheets be rechecked and reevaluated. The rechecking application can be submitted online through the website. After the results are published, detailed information and instructions will be available on the National Examination Board, SEE, and National Examination Board Central Office websites.
Corrections to age, name, and surname
If there are any discrepancies in a student's age, name, or surname, corrections can be made within five years of the results being published using the admission card or a decision from the concerned Chief District Officer if the admission card also contains discrepancies. Applications for corrections should be submitted accordingly.
