Established in 2009, Liberty College is under the corporate ownership of Professional Educators Limited (Pro-Ed), which aims  is to impart quality education toward preparing skilled professionals and able citizens equipped with positive aptitude, attitude, and values. Founded in 2004, Pro-Ed Limited is a publicly incorporated company of a group of scholars, educators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and scholarly communities of high social recognition. The college provides comprehensive education and hands-on training for a successful career in the hospitality, management and IT industries. 

The college, located in Anamnagar, Kathmandu, offers various bachelor level programs, affiliated with Pokhara University, to prepare skilled professionals and develop prospective career paths that fit 21st-century market orientations.
