Course Description:
The Certificate in General Medicine (or Health Assistant) program is a three-year program affiliated with CTEVT. Its aims to provide mid-level health professionals who can assist the rural community in health care.

Eligibility
Secured at least grade C in C. Mathematics, C. English and C.Science in School leaving Certificate (SLC) examination from recognized academic institution and an average GPA of at least 2.
Syllabus
While the second and third years are dedicated to applied science, the first year is devoted to general basic science. For general medicine students, there are hospital and emergency exposure field experiences. One can work independently in any hospital, nursing home, and health facility in the public or private sector after earning a general medicine license.
