Here I wish to refer that there is a famous Palpali slogan, ''Education, Health and Tourism.'' for the sole development of Palpa. Hence, this Campus has been contributing the misson of Palpali development by conducting the classes of Education, Health and Tourism as its major subjects on the permission of T.U. to educate the youths toward the nation-building. There are different programmes regarding this like I.Ed., I.A., I.Com., B.Ed.(1 year & 3 Yrs.), B.A. and M.Ed.(English, Maths, Health, Nepali, E.P.M.) etc. running at present in this Campus. 

This Public Campus also has got its own Rules and Regulations 2054. In accordence to which, the Campus has the provision of its own Managing Committee for the proper and transparent guidence and management.
