With a Great Motto “Students Learn to Think and Act Themselves” Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya ,Pokhara has been imparting quality education at an affordable cost to the children of both army personnel and civilians since 2061 B.S. at Phoolbari in Pokhara.The institution is committed to ensuring that every pupil receives an education that enables them to attain the highest level of achievement possible.

It is located in idyllic surroundings and covers an area of 300 ropanies with beutiful scenary and fresh environment for learning and growing purpose. It is run by the welfare fund of the Nepalese Army. The Mahavidyalaya was inaugurated by the then Rt. Hon. Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba in a grand assemblage.
