A group of academic intellectuals and IT specialists presented a new vision in the year 2000 AD to address the actual needs and demands of society and the country. This vision resulted in the founding of a trailblazing academic institution called Oxford College of Engineering and Management (OCEM) and Oxford Secondary School (OSS) at Gaindakot, which is close to Narayangarh city in the central region of Nepal.
