The college offers the B.Tech in Food program, a four-year degree affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU) under the Institute of Science and Technology (IOST). Its curriculum spans food chemistry, food engineering, microbiology, nutrition, processing, quality control and dairy technology - producing highly competent food technologists ready to lead in government, industry, NGOs/INGOs and academia across Nepal and beyond.
