Course Description:
The 10+2 Hotel Management program of NEB is a 2-year program which is designed for students who have completed their SLC/SEE and wish to enter the hospitality industry with a strong foundational qualification, or proceed to a bachelor's degree in hotel management.
The course aims to:
- Understand how hotels and restaurants operate as service systems (people, process, timing, safety)
- Build a base in hospitality terminology, basic standards, and everyday workplace routines
- Practice service behaviors that matter in customer-facing roles (greeting, listening, problem handling)
- Prepare for higher study in hotel management, tourism, or related management programs in Nepal and abroad
