Course Description:

Objectives of the course
The impact of WTO has not only posed the challenges but also opened the doors of opportunities to capitalize for its resources. The country like Nepal may not have capacity to produce goods or other kinds of products due to shortage of physical or investment but the production of qualified and competent human resource can not be ignored. The prime goal of Kathmandu School of Law is to create "Center of Excellence" in the field of legal education. Thus, KSL had always focused to produce qualified and competent students who can competently face the global challenge of legal profession.

Course aims
The programme aims to provide the legal practitioner, the legal academicians and the recent graduate with current and practical knowledge about the law as it relates to international Trade & business Laws. The international focus of the programme aimed to face all short of challenges in the field of legal profession not only within Nepal.

Admission info

The student shall be expected to abide by the following academic values:

Students must have completed LL.B./ BL in any faculty of Law from any accredited University.
Admission for Students based on the ability of the applicant to thrive in an academic program as per his / her academic record and professional achievements for which students must pass a written and verbal entrance examination after filling the admission form.
