Course Description:

Students will have also choice to pursue The 3-Year Higher Diploma in International Culinary Arts from USA.  The first 3 semesters include practical and theory classes.  In the 4th Semester, students will be placed for 4-6 months of Industrial Training hotel and restaurant inside and outside Nepal.  The final two semesters (5th & 6th) involve a one year fully paid internship in 5-star operations in the United States which is sponsored by American Hospitality Academy, USA.  This is a great opportunity for students to explore their field of expertise and earn while learning. Once the students complete three years, they will be awarded by Diploma in International Culinary Arts from American Hospitality Academy, USA and 3 years Higher Diploma in Culinary Management from SMSH, which is endorsed by AHLEI, USA.
 
Once the students complete either BHM or DICA from Silver Mountain, each will be given opportunity to pursue their career in 26 hotels and Resorts in 12 countries.
