Course Description:

Bachelor of Arts in Nepalese History, Culture and Archaeology (BA NeHCA) is a four years course under Tribhuvan University which is is designed to provide extensive knowledge in history, culture, religion, art, architecture, archaeology, epigraphy, numismatics, and cultural tourism to the students.

The course provides structured knowledge of Nepal’s political and cultural history, tangible and intangible heritage, archaeological sources, museum studies, and cultural tourism. The course • Integrates theoretical study with field-oriented understanding of sites, monuments, inscriptions, coins, and cultural practices.

The course is suitable for students aiming for heritage conservation, research support, teaching, cultural documentation, or public-sector cultural administration.

Eligibility
Candidates, who have succeeded in any of the following examinations, can appear in the entrance test of the B.A.in NeHCA:
- Proficiency Certificate of TU in any subjects.
- Grade 12 in any discipline and subjects of National Examination Board. Nepal Government equivalent examination from any institution recognized by TU.
