> More than 5 years of proven experience in HR field

Job Description
> Lead the employee selection process, encompassing candidate sourcing, interviews, and salary negotiations, while precisely defining job roles and responsibilities.
> Crafting and issuing comprehensive offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and service certificates, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences.
> Arranging new employee onboarding, essential formalities, and compliance
> Manage advanced HR software solutions, ensuring meticulous database management
> Manage payroll details, including attendance tracking, leave management, salary disbursements, and advance processing
> Employee Recognition
> Handle statutory activities like PF submissions, TDS calculations, and collaborating closely with the Accounts department for general employee and consultant management.
> Oversee Corporate Social Responsibility activities
> Facilitate training and development programs across all departments, facilitating ongoing skill enhancement and knowledge enrichment.
> Performance Management
> Actively engage with employees to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of the work environment.
> Administrative Oversight: Responsibile for main general administrative affairs across corporate and plant sites, ensuring smooth operations.
