Communication & Admin Officer

- Location : Sanepa, Lalitpur, Bagmati, Nepal

Qualifications/Skills
At least Master degree in Management, Social Development or related field from reputed university.Proven experience in product design, operation management, & finance with minimum of 3 years of experience. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
> Establish and maintain open channels of communication with all project stakeholders.
> Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues, using appropriate mediums such as emails, reports, presentations, or meetings.
> Analyze budget constraints and risks, and propose strategies to optimize resource allocation and control costs.
> Prepare budget reports and forecasts to monitor expenditure against planned targets.
> Facilitate meetings effectively, ensuring active participation, agenda adherence, and timely decision-making.
> Ensure meeting logistics are arranged, including room booking, equipment setup, and catering if necessary.
