Prithu Technical College lies in Lamahi, Dang in Midwestern part of Nepal. The location of college is boon for agriculture production, indigenous as well as commercial agriculture system and at the same time there are accessibility of different facilities and diversified climatic condition for diversity agricultural production. It is the first college to get affiliation from Tribhuvan University to run B.Sc. (Agriculture) program in private sector. Prithu Technical College was established in 2014 under Tribhuvan University, with the aim of imparting technical education and modernizing the agricultural sector in order to make the farmers of Nepal independent in their profession. It also aims at producing skilled manpower and conducting researches in agriculture and other allied disciplines to bring radical change in traditional farming by introducing modern and innovative tools, techniques and methodology in agriculture.
