Lotus Academic College at present offers a 10-month Post Graduate Diploma program on Buddhist studies. It is a basic course on Buddhism available for a Bachelor-degree-holding student of any faculty. This course is intended to be a preparation for entering higher education like Masters and PhD in the field of Buddhism.

Lotus Academic College also started Master 's programme in Applied Buddhism with affiliation from Lumbini Buddhist University. Lotus Academy will also serve as an introductory course into the basics of Buddhist philosophy, art, iconography and some main aspects of Nepalese Buddhism.
