Birendra Bidhya Mandir Campus (BMC), located at Tikapur, Kailali, is a QAA certified Tribhuvan University(TU) affiliated community campus established in 2063 B.S.(2006 AD).  It is a non-profit making institution established as a higher educational wing of Biredra Vidhya Mandir Public Educational Trust (BVMPET) as the foundation of TIkapur city which was established in 2031 B.S.(1975 AD) as Tikapur Aawasiya High School.

It is a community based public campus established by the collaborative effort of the intellectuals, professionals, academicians, businessmen, politicians, social workers, guardians and the local people. The core aim of the campus is to produce the energetic, capable and competitive manpower having the traits of knowledge with civilization, responsibility and morality through the access of quality education at reasonable and affordable fee.
