Achham Multiple Campus is located in Mangalsen, the district headquater of Achham district. Achham Multiple Campus offers programs like Bachelors in Business Studies(BBS) and Bachelors in Education(B.ED). Both of these programs are affiliated from Tribhuvan University. Achham Multiple Campus is a community campus, established with an active participation of local community.

Moreover, the campus has been running +2 program under Higher Secondary Education Board of Nepal. It offers Ten Plus Two Humanities, Ten plus two Management and Ten plus two Education programs. The college has been providing significant contribution in higher education in Far-Western Nepal since two decades through its consistent functioning.
