1. Branch Manager (Jr. Officer/Officer)
> Required no.: 2 (Narayanghat & Butwal Branch)

Educational Qualification:
> Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or any stream of Management.

Job Specifications:
> Experience: Minimum 6 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
> Post: For Jr. Officer: Have performed the job role of Supervisor and above
> For Officer: Have per the job role of Jr. Officer and above
> Good knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation
> Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
> Good negotiation and presentation skill.
> Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.

Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years at the time of filing application. However, additional age bar of 5 years can be considered for female candidates.

2. Credit & Marketing – RM (Sr. Assistant/Supervisor)
> Required no.: Few (Narayanghat & Butwal Branch)

Educational Qualification:
> Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of Management.

Job Specifications:
> Experience: Minimum 4 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
> Post: For Jr. Officer: Have performed the job role of Assistant and above
> Supervisor: Have performed the job role of Sr. Assistant and above
> Good knowledge in Credit/Compliance/Operation
> Excellent communication skill both in Nepali and English
> Good negotiation and presentation skill.
> Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.

Age limit:
Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application. However, additional age bar of 5 years can be considered for female candidates.
