Background Information – Job-specific
The Area Focal Point will work under the overall guidance of the Project Manager and reports directly to the Project Coordinator. He/she is expected to support in well-functioning of the Area Office in term of (i) personnel and program administration; (ii) liaison and coordination and (iii) organizing project related meetings as per the requirements of the project/ UNOPS.

Education/Experience/Language requirements
> Intermediate or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Management, Social Science or related field.
> Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field may be considered in lieu of the requirement of the Intermediate or Diploma and relevant experience.

Work Experience:
> Minimum of 5 years relevant experience specifically in project support and personnel administration and liaison and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

> Proficiency in English and Nepali is required
