Sunaulo Parivar Nepal (SPN) is a well?established NGO delivering Family Planning and Sexual Reproductive Health services through? out the country via centres, mobile outreach teams to remote areas and social marketing. It works in partnership with Marie Stopes International UK (MSI), a global social business providing reproductive health services across the world with a mission of ensuring individual’s fundamental right to have children by choice not chance.

We are looking for people who want to embrace new ways of working, use their initiative, take on multiple tasks, be a team player, and deliver solid financial results to ensure we can expand our services to more men and women in Nepal.

1.Position Title: Project Officer
> Location: Kathmandu

Skills and Experience
> Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Management, Social Sciences or related fields preferred.

> Minimum 3 years’ project/programme management experience with a focus on financial and donor management
> Experienced in coordinating on governance and advocacy related projects with government and multiple stake holders.
> Work experience in advocacy policy into practice would be and added advantage.
> Experience in report writing.
> A good understanding of the issue of women’s reproductive health rights
> Experience in coordination and working with women’s group.

Skills and Abilities
> Good understanding of written and spoken English
> Basic computer skills including excel and word
> Multitasking and ability to meet deadline
> Good time management
> Ability to work with team as well as independently

2.Position Title: Quality and Technical Assurance Officer
> Location: Kathmandu

Skills and Experience
> Bachelor in Nursing.
> CTS trained preferred
> Detailed knowledge of clinical protocols

> At least 3 years’ experience in working with directly in client care which includes counseling, involvement in delivering family planning services outside of clinics, delivering IUD, Implant, Safe Abortion services, Infection prevention, handling stock/other administration duties, involvement in reporting i.e. petty cash vouchers / collecting client data, a good understanding of the issues of women’s reproductive services and rights, experience in coordination working with women groups/ client mobilization.Ability to identify solutions to problems, plan logically and focus on completion of tasks
> Experience of training and developing the skills of other
> Has develop training manual/package /training schedule
> Ability to identify solutions to problems, plan logically and focus on completion of tasks
> Fluent English – written and spoken
> Ability to do own administration
> Ability to provide peer-to-peer support and treat all clinical and non-clinical colleagues with respect
> Ability to travel at short notice and spend long periods outside Kathmandu (up to a couple of months)
> Belief in a whole team approach to clinical quality management where everyone plays a role and everyone is responsible for infection prevention

3.Position Title: Director of Evidence to Action
Location: Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities
> Innovative Marketing Strategy and Activation Plans across all channels
> Research, Monitoring and Evaluation
