(NCHL) currently operates Electronic Cheque Clearing (NCHL-ECC) and Interbank Payment System (NCHL-IPS) with participation of almost all the banks and financial institutions in Nepal. NCHL is expanding its team and so invites qualified and competent Nepali national for the following full-time position.

Position: Finance & Admin Assistant/Executive
Job Specification
> Education Level:Bachelor
> Experience Required: More than or equals to 2 years

Job Description
This is an entry level role with function to ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures and to maintain and provide administrative support to other departments of the organization

Job Responsibilities:
> Timely posting of accounting entries in Tally and other relevant systems. Prepare and maintain all documents including but not limited to vouchers, receipts, other supporting
> Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of all revenues and expenses in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
> Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Assists in preparing financial management reports and ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met
> Ensures timely issuance & clearance of account payable and receivables including follow-ups with members for timely payment of the receivables
> Performs account/ bank reconciliations
> Maintains and timely clearance of all taxes

> Assists in preparing budget / financial forecast and monitor variance thereof
> Proper filing and maintenance of all official documents, agreements, etc. Also keep/update record of the fixed assets
> Support in general office management and assist Finance/ Admin Officer as may be required
>  Assist in internal and statutory audit process
> Ensure compliance to company’s policies and procedures
> Communicate and liaison with regulatory bodies including Nepal Rastra Bank, Company Registrar Office, Tax Office and others
> Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, future revenues and recommendations
> Other financial and administration activities as may be required

Job Specification:
> At least Bachelor in Commerce/ Management/ Accounting or relevant field with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Account
> Experience in accounting and financial reporting.
> Proficiency in Tally accounting software and MS Excel.
> Good understanding of accepted accounting practices, applicable laws, regulations, taxation and auditing
>  Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment is crucial.
> Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in speaking and writing (English/Nepali)
